The Tradition Trade team is committed to offering customers only 100% original products. The team selects only the products of the best Moroccan craftsmen.

How to create a customer account ?
- Either you click directly on the sign at the top right, next to the sign 'my basket' | 'My Cart'. Then you click on create a new account, fill in the form, follow the steps and the account is created.
- Or you make your purchase and when you are ready to place the order, the system will ask you to create an account: you fill out the form and the rest of the information and here the account is created and the order is made.
How to order ?
Add the desired products to the shopping cart by clicking the link 'add to cart'. When you are ready to place the order, follow these steps :

1- Click the link 'My Cart' at the top right ;
2- Click the link 'place my order' ;
3- Register / login to your account by entering your e-mail and password ;
4- Enter your shipping / billing information ;
5- Choose your preferred payment option ;
6- Click on "Confirm Order" to access the payment portal and complete your order.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the information ; or a confirmation email in case we need more details, in this case if you do not reply to the e-mail the order will be canceled.

If you need more details about the order confirmation, please contact us by e-mail: contact@traditiontrade.com (subject: order confirmation) a few hours after your order.
What is the deadline for receiving my order ?
The delay depends on the transport company chosen when you placed the order.
Is it possible to ship my order to an address other than my personal address ?
Yes, you can change and specify the delivery address when you place the order. Otherwise, you can specify a delivery address and an address to receive the invoice.
My order arrived in bad condition or it does not correspond to what I ordered ?
In this case do not accept it and returned to the closest post office to you to declare the problem. They will contact us so we could resent the order to you. Please contact us by e-mail: contact@traditiontrade.com (subject: claim, reference order) if this problem presents.
How to pay the orders in Tradition Trade ?
If you are a moroccan resident you can pay on delivery or by credit card. if you are an international resident you can pay by a credit card.
